Unfortunatly you can't do nothing, except waiting a bug fix or a mod that will do it if the devs miss it .
In the menus, there are shards, above journal option I think, can't check now. Open that and go through them, or go straight to the one you picked up for Sandra ... if you remember which one. Just try to find it and read / crack it. Might help?
Another solution will be to wait the developer console to be enabled and just put it directly in your backpack. Anyway, it's seems we must wait for this one.
console https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/147
list of items https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/186
no idea if the database is in there though
For a problem like this than you just need an item to continue a quest, a command to put it directly in your inventory could solve this bug...

First : You need to download a mod than can enable the dev's console command.
I don't know if i can put a link like this here (then google search/nexus).
Second : you must install the mod and in game open the console.
Third : the command is
Game.AddToInventory ("Items.mq024_sandra_data_carrier",1)
For all the buggy quests where you need a specific item to be in your inventory and the item just desapear on your game world just put it manualy with a console command like other same open world game like Oblivion, Skyrim, fallout ...
Enjoy !
