Romancing Panam? (Spoilers ahead maybe)

It seems like i failed to romance her, as i got a text that she gets along with Saul more now and a (; emote.

The only thing i assume i did wrong was that instead of touching her thigh in the storm part, i asked her to decide herself.

If that was the reason for the outcome feels rather iffy.

Wait so, not touching the thigh IS the better option?
Because the text i got clearly implies otherwise, and in every guide i later searched out of worry said to touch.

Can confirm that, going with the "You'd be more comfortable with your shoes off" and then "Customer's always right" (or something like that) are the better choices if you want to romance Panam.
If that's what you've chosen then you'd get a kiss before she rides off on her motorcycle, even Johnny would kinda compliment her.
Also keep in mind you can't romance her if V is female, same as you can't romance Judy if you're playing as a male.

She's not having "fun" with Saul, the next mission starts with him threatening to kick her out of the clan again. Her issue with the guy is because he's planning on selling out the clan to corpos, and they all know, just haven't told you yet.

I take it you didn't do the interrupt when she is on the motorcycle? I'm not sure if that's required or not, but you'll get a different text message if you do. Though, if she calls you aside in the tower in next mission to discuss private matters, your likely fine.

I don't recall such bike scene.

Aiight i'll do her remaining missions as first priority and if it didn't work out i'll rollback the few hours back to those critical decisions.

You're on the right track if she kisses you at the motor cycle after NOT touching her thigh. If not, you did something wrong. The next encounter will be another kiss I think. Then after that, in the tank if you told her to be more impulsive - it happens there, deal sealed.
