Gig: Guinea Pigs glitched? Can't finish quest.

So i tried to do the Gig: Guinea pigs mission, but as soon as i exit the hotel, the gig seems to get stuck in the final stage. Meaning, the gig is still in the journal, but i can't track it, it doesn't show up on the map. I tried doing it stealthy, talking to the target, killing her right away, as well as going full out blown assault and killing everyone in the hotel, but it always seems to get stuck as i exit the hotel area. I can't call or message dino, and he doesn't message me either. I'm worried because i want to 100% the game, and i'm not sure if i just have to wait longer, or the quest is actually bugged. Anyone else have this problem/knows what to do?

They found a workaround, though it will likely require redoing the mission.

One thing I noted: when starting the gig, I never had a video call from Dino, only a text message. Regina always called me by video, and in the youtube walkthrough of the gig Dino also gives a video call. So maybe the quest glitched right at the start, and the Dino contact script bugged out, so now he doesn't contact me when I leave the hotel.

Just save game exit to main menu then load game back walked out and completed gig
