Choom I just assume is a bastardised version of chum. Chum being another word for pal, friend, buddy etc.

Gonk is probably just another made up word for like, dolt, idiot, fool, dumbass etc.

EDIT: Additionally, it's not Spanish.
"Choombatta" is Neo-Afro-American and "gonk" has unknown origin, according to Cyberpunk 2020 rulebook.

Cyberpunk has it's own lexicon of terms, slang and such the authors created years ago in the table top rpg. You can grep most of the terms given the context of a situation and how people say the word

I am slightly disappointed the game uses so little streetslang, but I guess they had to make it understandable for majority of people.
Only Jackie's joke probably leaves people confused.

I find how they use "Preem" when something they like happens. I guess kids in the cyberpunk world grew up constantly hearing "Premium" product advertisements from corpos a lot that it became a common word for them to use.
