Undiscovered side mission "Take coolant from bathroom"

I think this quest is bugged I have coolant in my inventory but I don't know what to do or the quest is bugged giving no more objectives to complete. Also no one has called when I was close to quest area.

Anyone having same problem?

also having this issue finishing this quest too. The person trapped in subnet will tell you to get the coolant from the bathroom and wait through the monitors.

The mission marker would also point to the wall monitor beside the door. Even tried to see if i could use the coolant through inventory.

I figured that quest is similar to the wakako quest with chang hoon nam, but this quest seems locked or unable to give further instructions after grabbing the coolant from bathroom.

Im sorry for raising this topic from the dead, but im doing a new playtrough of the game. I am having alot of fun, and now I have encountered a bug that prevents me from finishing this gig.

I get the phonecall fine when I get near the building and when I get up to bugbear the screens show the message and I get the messages from her about the coolant just fine.

But when i pick up the coolant in the bathroom I can still see it on the sink. The quest upgrades just fine, but I do not get a prompt to use the coolant on bugbear.

I have tried sleeping/restarting the game but so far no luck with getting the coolant use prompt to show up.

Do any one know of a fix or workaround for this mission beside trying to find an earlier save game for it?

remove all your mods as it's usually those that cause problems like this.

This mission was originally bugged without any mods but it was fixed.

Yeah try with a previous save from well away from the building so see if that reset's it.

I dont have any mods installed at all :)

But I guess I will have to try for a former savegame :p
