Down on the street won't start!!!!!

I'm currently done with every main story mission for act 1 and 2, but I am missing Down on the street and the quests that follow. I tried calling takemura, but he says i need to wait. I went to the location where it's supposed to start, i've waited several days. Does anyone have a solution?

I've sent an error report but im not seeing any solutions or a response, i know theyre busy but im tired of doing gigs and would like to move the story forward

Same for me. I got the call from Takemura for it, but died before I could get to a checkpoint or save, and now my main quest section is just empty. I've done way too much while waiting for him to start over, this is BS

I've got a whooooooooole bunch of bugs seperate from this, but none so game breaking. Like the "do missions until you can call nan isis" isn't working either but it's not a main quest. I'm hoping the next hot fix comes out and fixes this, someone comes along with a solution, or Cd Projekt red respond to my email ( highly unlikely ) if any of these happen i'll post whatever works.

I never even got a call from takemura, i finished the quest playing for time and the no call, no notifications, so i thought that quest line was done and just moved on to the other two. Finished both of those and felt puzzled when i had nothing in my quest log for main missions. That's when i found out i had be s c r e w e d.

There is a very specific side quest you have to do with maelstrom before that quest opens up. Once you complete the side quest, you can call her. its not a bug, you just havent done the quest

waited three days, Drove around for 6 mins, hopped off, waited, waited, decided to wait for another few days, nothings happening :/

Been trying it for a while, Doesn't work at all. Hoping someone finds something else.
