Exactly I want to be able to save the guys life after spending so much time with him, whats the point of a quest like this if you can not even effect the outcome. Feels half finished.

I feel like a few story lines have been cut down or are half finished. It seems like originally you would spend more time with Jackie and even the Voodoo Boys as well.

Maybe, but I am pretty sure the quest was trying to send a message about corporate exploitation of religious faith and not the hypocrisy of killers who turn to religion and thinks that this is all it takes to become a good person.
