Both Sides, Now not triggering

Hey, I read that in order to romance Judy you have to get a call from her and do her side missions. Problem is, she hasn't called. Gameplay wise I did the pre requisite side mission ages ago (probably 10 hours or so) and she hasn't called. I even tried to call her and nothing.

I know the game is a bit buggy, but is there a solution to this?

Have you tried to manually skip time? I've had a few missions only trigger after doing it for 2-3 days

I've skipped time since the Double Life mission completed but I'll give it a shot again, just in case that triggered other missions. Thanks!

Judy's missions have unusually long breaks between them. Panam's are almost back to back. I've noticed this with a few side quests, the wait times are all over the place.

Awesome to hear. That's what got me, since I did the Judy main stuff, then immediately after met Paman and she started spamming me.
Guess I'll just keep playing as normal to see if it gets triggered.

Did you help Judy and then later came back to her place to fine what happened?
a Panam quest should start not long after.

QFT! I made a statement of opinion on a gaming site about the state of games and movies in todays "harsh" cultures, and I got called a white supremecist, a neonazi, and got banned for it.

Have you tried calling Mr Hands for the M'ap Tann Pelen main quest? I did some gigs and Panam's quest line without starting this quest and Judy didn't called but after calling Mr Hands, a few in game hours later Judy is calling V to start the Both Sides, Now quest.

I'm still having this issue, I've finished M'ap Tann Pelen, and I got the text from Judy, and it's been more than 24 hours. Really hope someone has a fix for this. I've tried everything.

on act 3 done EVERY gig/job/hustle/what ever the ♥♥♥♥ you can do, about to go do the final mission and still haven't gotten this ♥♥♥♥♥ to call me. Why the ♥♥♥♥ did they have to tie a wall stash weapon to that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥.

Replying to an old post to help anyone out still dealing with this in 2023!
Forget what the "official" answer is. Completing Double Life and waiting 24 hours is only partially correct.
You will NOT progress anywhere with Judy's storyline without doing the following and it is way more confusing than it should be.

    
1. Complete Double Life
       
2. To start M’Ap Tann Pelen, Call Mr. Hands. He will send you to the VooDoo Boys.
       
3. At some point you will get a text from Judy, it does not start Judy's quest.
       
4. You will have to finish the entire VooDoo Boys quest line, I Walk the Line and then Transmission (it's a long one)
       
5. Once you complete Transmission, you will be able to get a call from Judy
       
6. No matter how much time in-game has passed after you finish Double life you will never get a call from Judy until you finish Transmission.

I run into this quite a bit. The problem is usually solved by exiting the game and starting over.
I have observed that if you have multiple quests on going that also have timers, the game seems to be messed up.
For example, while waiting for Mr. Hands to call, I started the quest with burning crotch man which messes the timer with Mr. Hands. I then couldn't get his call until I get a call from the guy with a burning crotch After that, I waited forever. I was actually almost done with all the main quest and couldn't get a call from him. I fast travelled around and restarted the game many times and finally got him to call. After I get a call from Mr. Hands, I also get a call from Judy.
Anyways, after battling all sorts of bugs, my advice is that try to minimize the number of quests in your journal. Once you start a quest, try to finish it. This means that if you are wait for a call from Mr. Hand, don't run off and do other things, contrary to what the game tells you. If you trigger any side jobs, finish it before you take on other jobs. That includes cyberpsycho jobs.
