Cyberpunk 2020 Sourcebook
As someone who knows very little about the original pen and paper role playing system Cyberpunk 2077 is based on I was pretty overwhelmed when I started playing and didn't understand some of the terminology used by the NPCs and hardly anything concerning the lore and background in which the game takes place.

Today I've spent a few hours reading the Cyberpunk 2020 Sourcebook. This has been very helpful, enjoyable and has really helped to make Cyberpunk 2077 feel much more immersive than it did originally.

I would highly recommend you take a look at the Sourcebook.

Its included in the Bonus Content folder of your CP 2077 Steam install folder.

Also Humble Bundle currently have a bundle containing many of the original Cyperpunk 2020 RPG books.

The in-game lore does make a lot of sense.
I sometimes read the stuff in -game and think of people in these forums..

like STEEL-WHEELS<
And some GTA player cried because he couldn't shoot someone's wheels flat.. That's proof of not paying attention on their part. :)

Love the game, it's greatly immersive to me- who cared nothing for the hypes of marketing.

to better understand game Universe you can read book "Neuromancer" written by William Ford Gibson.
