Thermal Katana???

I have over 71 hours of this game and I haven't found it at all, I've gone through the game twice and have beaten the game 3 times and haven't found a trace of it if anyone has found it please tell me where

oh lord I think I may have sold them....I know thermal katana's drop of Arasaka Security guards and the Electric Katana's drop of the Japantown Yakuza/Tyger Claw (normal, green and blues).

Much like a poster before me said you can MAKE a katana thermal and electric though....simply buy the legendary of the coach in your starting building and adding the relevant mod to it....

Meanwhile I check my stash....

EDIT: Nope I sold them...all I have left are the Iconic Katana's....
