Stuck / Bug - Stuck Jackie Dialouge trigger

Hello there,

Stating my 2nd play though of this video game. Any help will be lovley. Thanks

Context:
Started with a new game as "Nomad" and upon

Quest: "The Ripper Doc"

Issue: As you walk downstairs to talk to Jackie by that food stand, I am stuck on his dialouge where he gives you your car keys, after which he does not talk afterwards.

Trouble shooting steps:

a) WAITED in human time about 4 hours - Result = Fail (No changes)
b) Start from previous save - Result = Fail (No changes)
c) Start from previous save from the rescue - Result = Fail (No changes)
d) Skipped time about 8hrs - Result = Fail (No changes)
e) Re-Downloaded the video game = Fail (No changes)
f) Used difrent dialouge options - Result = Fail (No changes)

Assumption:
It seems that there is a missing dialouge trigger in the script/code where you select to pickup your card/keys and the game assumes you have not pressed F to pickup the key/card and does not further the dialouge.

worked it out, Just call car, DOH!

No that that I can see, No I dont even see the prompt to call Car. This is before that.

When you press F to pickup the keys the dialouge stops

no you get the key in your hand then you are able to call car, make sure the keyboard key is held tho. press the call car key mine is ' on my KB hold it you may have more than one vehicle to choose.
