i hand the chip the the limo they drive off and the fixer is meant to call you but i never get the phone call and the quest dose not complete

yes,same happend to me.and after this Regina bugged and not calling on any other Gig quests from her

ok so the oddest thing just happened for me and this quest now works

after i finished the main quest i think its called disaster peace where you go to judys apartment for the first time and walk out side to finish

i got about 3 calls from the fixer regina jones finishing up other jobs i had already completed giving me the xp and cash for them

so i went back over to the limo from this fixer merc soldier spy and handed in the chip (i didnt save my game when the quest wouldnt complete properly last time and i just walked off leaving him sat in his limo forever) and this time it worked properly

so something about doing that main story mission allowed the side missions/gigs to complete

Same situation here, I completed a gig about deliver a van to specific location and she never call me, but when I drive to another gig location to phone started to ring though it was about the van quest, not the one I am ready to do; after I finish the new gig, she called and start to brief the gig I just completed. The sequence has been screwed and I think my save is done.

Maybe waiting them to properly complete the game is my best chance, when it is finished, probably start all over to play the game.
