I think you get a random free cybernetic? Although I went to a ripperdoc and there was already another of the same item for free, idk if you gives you anything special. Still, i did cause it's something my character woulda done

If you don't pay him back you can't get more upgrades from him.
Also Think he is the only Ripper dock that sells upgraded Eyes.
He gives Mantis Blades and Geurillia arms which are great.

which mantis blades does he give? i was all excited to buy blades, and when i did it was showing me I already had some. I was like WTF
anyway, I haven't determined yet which i like better. the katana or the mantis blades.
