A Poorman's Deus Ex, Intro 100% rip off from DE:MD, Plagiarism!!!!
Now I knew the game was a poorman's Deus ex before it came out but damn, I didn't know they will straight up just copy the intro from deus ex.

The intro of Cyberpunk 2077, where you go to get "calibrated/fixed" by the ripperdoc, Viktor, is 100% copied from Deus Ex Mankind Divided.....The exact samething happens in Deus ex, you have to go get "calibrated/Fixed" by the Transhuman mod doctor.

Adam Jenson like V gets "hacked/Spiked" with something messing with his system thus he needs to go and get it "fixed".

Cyberpunk straight up copied this...100% copy.

Yeah because that is the first time that ever happened in all of cyberpunk media.

Have you ever heard of tropes?

You paint a good picture, its strange but I can see what you're saying. I don't give them a pass for releasing a broken game that only works for 55% of the playerbase.

♥♥♥♥♥...it's obvious that they played Deus ex and got the idea from there...IMO purposefully, best case scenario they subconsciously copied them, but rest assured, they did copy.

It's the exact same scenario......Both Adam Jenson/V get their mods screwed up thus they have to go to the doctor to get it fixed/upgrade while getting introduced to those new characters.....Same exact type of intro.

Oh, yes. Totally the same. Sitting in a chair, to blacking out and then messing around in the menus of Deus Ex is soooo the same as Viktor working on you in real time for the intro. Totally the truly the same...

How far you trying to reach here?

Do you want me to start rattling off all the games, movies, tv shows, books that do this? I won't. But there are many. It's part of the genre.

This game has a LOT more in common with Deus Ex (2000) than it does with Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.

So. I can tell that you're not a fan of the cyberpunk genre immediately, because it's common practice to make nods to movies, games, etc that whatever you're doing took inspiration from. There's even an add on the TV in the elevator that straight ripped off the matrix.

They're called things like easter eggs and shoutouts.

Please name any other Movie/Videogame, where a person is having problems with their body mods because of "virus/hack" and he has to get em fix from the "doc", and it all happens to be in the intro of the game/movie...........

Please name it.....Sorry this is just way too specific, 100% plagiarism, sorry facts hurt.

Stealing from other storylines, is not an easter egg....This wasn't a funny tv show ripoff like the matrix thing.....This is 100% copying the story from deus ex.
