Why some jobs have no location track?

I have currently a cyberpsycho and a thievery gig that both show no tracking on map. On the journal page there's a marking says 'track job' with yellow exclamation mark. What to do with that?

bug I think, I had it too, i quicksaved and reloaded, then i switched my quest back to the main quest and the tracking came back, seemed to work

Depending on where you are in the story you may not have access to the area. Or maybe you need to call someone or trigger another quest first.

it's a bug. minimap always has the path.

The Psycho one where you have to 17 you will find them as you do the other side misisons one the map. When you get close to one of them you will get a call about them and a mission to take care of them.

Explore the map and do the side missions you will find them. I have done 4-5 of them already roaming about doing the side content.
