Can I do the side missions I have after Nocturne OP55N1
Or do I fail them by doing Nocturne before them?

You will receive a warning. It will tell that it starts the endgame. After this point you are on rails until credits. You don't fail them exactly but the game is essentially coming to a conclusion. There is no free roam after main quest completion.

yes you can do all missions and gigs continually after Nocturne completion, you choose do another gig from the choices after the credits.
But try not to go back to meet at embers or you will do Nocture all over again and repeat
