Horrible spanish subtitles

Im a guy from spain and i want to start this by saying that i love the game and i think is one of the best games made. However, i think the subtitles Spanish(Spain) are really unprofesional for a game of this caliber. Its like some guy from southamerica subbed this game. This will not bother me so much if there wasnt 2 options for the spanish subs, Spanish(spain) and Spanish(latinoamerica)

Horrible examples in the game that i see a lot:

A lot of people - un chingo de gente
♥♥♥♥ - Pinche
now- ahorita

Everytime i see anything like this i wanna rip my eyes off and put some kiroshi optics on them.

i just realized that the subs match the spanish dub voice. Thats no spanish dub voice, thats latinoamerican voice acting. For example judy has almost no latianoamerican accent in the original version but in spanish version she speaks like a mexican actress from a cheap tv show.

I understand what you're getting at, but remember it takes place in New United States of America, which has way more Middle and South Americans than Spaniards.

I know, but i play the original voice, and they have almost no accent at all and there is a character who is a from a faction of americans really americans and has a clear voice in original version, but in spanish voice she speaks like a mexican girl. She looks like a latin american girl but she is not.

Si, lo digo en el segundo mensaje. Vaya traduccion horrible se han marcado. Yo creo que se han querido ahorrar dinero y cada personaje que tiene algun rasgo latino le han puesto la voz mexicana. No deben saber la diferencia tan grande que hay entre el español de mexico y el resto de sitios. Colegas mios peruanos, por poner un ejemplo de una persona latianoamericana, no sabrian descifrar sin contexto, frases como:

"ahi hay un chingo de gente"

Pero bueno yo imagino que hay varias razones para esto:

1. era mas barato
2. No saben que el español se diferencia tanto.
3. Gente española que conozco dice que es un buen doblaje, no tienen mucho aprecio por la calidad o no la conocen.

A mi me da igual yo lo iba a jugar en ingles si o si, pero ver en los subtitulos esas expresiones mexicanas, que ningun español entiende, cuando encima el juego se supone que te da a elegir entre español(españa) y español (latinoamerica) me parece bastante decepcionante en un juego de este calibre. Y lo de Claire es peor aun de lo que sabes, juegate sus misiones.

Argentinian here, also hate the latin american sub, we argentinians don't talk like that, they clearly based it on the mexican language there are a lot of expressions that only mexican people will understand, they should've made it more neutral, and if not at least don't present it as latin american when it is clearly mexican and focused on mexican slang. I decided to go back to english for that very reason.
