Is the "M'ap tann pèlen" quest glitched for anyone?

As the title say, it tells me to answer Mister hands' call but he ain't calling me in the first place, been over 2 hours of actual gameplay since the mission started but this call has yet to happen.
Is it supposed to be triggered by something specific or what?

Apparently everyone is too busy defending the game or calling it ♥♥♥♥ to actually play.
Reading online it seems like you need to finish other side jobs before the dude call, so maybe I haven't done enough side jobs yet.

Unfortunately there has only been one "fix" to this glitch but it is unreliable. It is the following
1. go to Pacifica with a street credit of 30 or above (specifically the clothing store triggered it for me)
2. wait for the call from Mr. Hands offering a gig (this may fix the issue with those needing a call back)
3. complete the gig and attempt to call him during and after
4. hope that he answers for the main quest
Bear in mind that I have the exact same issue as you, and even doing this did not fix it, but hopefully it works for you! Otherwise we just have to wait for the next hot fix from cd.

The problem kind of resolved itself as soon as I entered pacifica as I got the call and continued with the main quest, but that sound really frustrating.

Have you solved this problem? I did all the side quests in Pacifica but still Mr Hands never calls me so i cannot finish the main quest. i tried what i can do but nothing happened, the main quest stays in 'Answer the call from Mr. Hands'. When i finished the side quest from Mr. Hands(steal the van) and Mr.Hands did answer me but he just said ' you did a great job' and my main quest didn't progress. After that he never called me back any more!
In version 1.11 cd seems fix this bug but i still meet it and cannot solve it. Now i have to hope for miracle or restart the whole story

That call may take a long time even if game works as intended. Day cycle is really long so it may be hours unless you manually skip the time. If it still doesn't help (which is weird) the only solution would be to get Cyber Tweaks Engine, call command line with tilda key while in game and this should do the magic:
Game.SetDebugFact("holo_mr_hands_calls_v_start_activate", 1)
This was found by Dexason in another thread. I was stuck on this quest for three weeks literally.

I solved the problem following what the other user said, not sure why the call won't happen if you finished all quests in pacifica.
It is really annoying to wait for a stupid call
