i don't need restrictive camera movement like i'm handicapped on pc.
You will need AutoHotkey for this to work. Copy and paste the below into your script and have it running while you play. Once you get in the car, simply press the middle mouse button to begin the script that slightly moves your camera up and down every half-second. It won't even be noticeable, but will keep the camera from auto-centering. Then when you exit the car, press middle mouse again to stop the camera movement. You can replace "MButton" in the script with any other key you might prefer.
