crackling audio whit xbox one controller

I usually use headphones plugged into the xbox joypad,and I've never had any problems,
but with this game it didn't work..
all the audio crackling..
I tried all the solutions but the only one that worked was connecting the headphones directly to the computer..

to your knowledge :D

I hear you need to change your sample rate down to 96000 or less. I tried that and it seemed to help.

you can do this (right click speaking on task bar)
+Sound settings,
+device properties,
+additional device properties
+advanced

It's grayed out for me. Quality is at DVD at the moment.
