Huh? I know this is hyperbole but come on. Just cause one specific type of crime isn't in the game doesn't mean that there aren't any crimes at all

NPC don't do anything in this game. They have almost no A.I. No cop chases, no fighting/robbing citizens, the Trauma Team is just a cutscene thing, they will never show up in the openworld. It's all window dressing.

Games are all window dressing, tricking your unconscious brain into thinking its partaking in a task that really matters -- but it's a hollow illusion.

Trauma team does show up elsewhere too, but they're just comically over-levelled NPC's that are pointless.

Yes but you are not around when it happens like in real life,but it happens a lot yes.

And V scanner and hacking system only works on combatant... maybe only Combatant have those implanted one the brain but normal civ/npc not, we can still see they are using phones, while v can call directly to brain is it?
