Stuck at the GIG Guinea Pigs, can't open the elevator and reach the 19th floor, any suggestions?

I think this mission is bugged: I manage to sneak in from a side entrance and go up the elevator.
Now here's where I think it's bugged for me,I can just kill her an dfinish the mission but sometimes you can just incapacitate a target and bring them to a vehicle where they get whisked away.

When i knock her ass out and don't kill her mission updates to tell me to kill all guards on the roof but when i do nothing happens and it never clears. I get a text saying an AV is on the way but can't land (assuming this would pick her up if i keep her alive). Sigh* well J. Koch gets a bullet so I can move on

You have to knock her out, go to the roof top and dump her in a Bin. It took me a while to figure that one out.

NO!

That equals killing her!
The AV wont arrive and you just have to simply leave the place.

I've killed every single guard on the roof (and in the lobby) and the quest is just bugged.

Avoid the quest if you are doing a pacifist run. (CP ver. 1.04)

Cleared the roof (stealth killing all guards) before neutralizing her seemed to work. You could try just non-lethal stealth killing them first and then neutralize and move target to the roof. What Table Salt said earlier is actually true, the AV is a literal bin

I just tested this out and yes, this does "fix" it.

you don't need to take out the robots but everyone else on the roof and the apartment floor you gotta knock out, if you do it right you'll get this dialogue pop up when she calls security which signifies that you can complete the quest.

Luckily I had a autosave just before I did this side quest so I was able to redo it easily. Only hiccup though is getting out of the hotel and the AV not spawning, so save just before you talk with her.

funnily enough this is suppose to be a "secret" dialogue prompt and way to go through this quest but it's currently the only way to clear it via stealth gameplay. which is hilarious if you ask me.

Iff you got to roof and clear all the guards silently there is a sun roof to her room, you can drop in and go through dialogue with her av should show up after that.

Having an issue where it says "Leave the Hotel" and I do, but it isn't completing the mission

Leave a little bit far away from the hotel and you should receive a call that it's done. That work for me.

I have the same problem. Elevator doesn't open. I think it maybe has to do with the access code Dino is supposed to give you in the call. I noticed from some videos on this mission that there are green doors that other players can open but I can't.

Another odd thing is that this mission has two pin points on the map for me. One of them is on the roof part, so i parkour around the other buildings and I managed to jump up to the roof and finish the mission from there.

Really? I tried that way since elevator doesn't work, and you can reach low roofs nearby but couldn't get anywhere from there.

All security cameras and robots are shut down as well, as if all power is down but i can't find a console to turn on. There is just one console for exterior cameras.

I mean if you could share a video of how you parkoured to the roof I would be super interested. I tried for hours and at a certain height on one side of the building you just freeze.
