Lizzie's Bar Crash | Finishing the dialogue with the "Client" crashes my game consistently.

During the main quest where you are supposed to meet up with a "client" in Lizzie's Bar. Once you've met them, you go to a private lounge to discuss the job (stealing a personality transfer chip) from the Arasaka family. Though once i finish the dialogue with her, my game crashes when i get the "stand up" option.

Anyone got any clues or fixes? Thanks in advance!
