It's a valid complaint though. It is horribly unoptimized and runs badly even on top end hardware. System requirements were misleading and don't even get me started on the old gen console version. They said it "runs surprisingly well" on the ps4 when in reality they get 20 fps on average.

I can run it, but my brain cand handle the stupid that is Cyberpunk. So I wanted to go over to metacritic to make a negative review, since the Steam Forums are being heavily censored by the mods (all mods are bastards!).

But yeah, metacritic is a friggin joke, because for no reason at all, new accounts cannot be verified currently. Wonder why that's the case...

hard to believe is runing poorly in top of the line hardware when i play at 60 fps no problem at all with 8gb of ram and a gtx 1060 is like the most basic rig ever the game runs like a charm

Weird tho, I consider my rig mid end (GTX 1660TI with a i5-9600k, 16 gig of ram) but I run the game fine (high settings). The bugs tho are something else.
