I'd of gladly paid more for law enforcement mechanics like car chases and being hunted city wide (which are completely missing).

maybe it is because of how early i am in the story, but the police seem broken and half assed implemented to me. you cannot have a stand off with them, if you try to fight them you get killed very fast, if you are in a car they just blow you up by hacking it.

my biggest complaint for the game is the armor/clothing. if we go for "the best armor" we end up looking like a crazed circus hobo. i made myself a work around to that by essentially "removing" crafting from my game through a trainer and CE so i can just keep the look i like and upgrade it when i need to, which honestly i should not feel the need or want to. there should honestly be a transmog system, even assassins creed learned that with odyssey.

another complaint is that quests are bugged, with no way to force start them. as an examples i am doing that AI cab quest where you get a bunch of other ai cabs to send back to the HQ, however i can find the cabs needed but the quest does not progress. i also have still not gotten my original car back yet!

animations are also glitchy, like during the moment we get the chip that has keanu in it, but instead of a chip being put in our heads, our good ol dyin buddy shoves his gun into our skull, and not just there, cars stuck in floors, people half way through the wall, people t posing, hell i once even saw a woman walk through a building, and come out on the other side and walk on thin air 10 feet above my character and than into another building.

on the topic of hookers though, honestly with how scummy Night City is supposed to be, there should be way more hookers, and also interactive sex scenes. if what someone else said is true that there is no further interaction with romances/love interests, that is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

i do not know what all was promised for this game, but by the looks of it from what i have played so far, it has very likely not been delivered on.

from the brainless random NPCs walking around, spawning and despawning at random.
The instant spawning cops when you get a wanted level.
the copy/pasted generic quests called gigs all over the world.
Nothing to do outside missions other than walking around looking at porn ads.

yeah i stopped completing the gigs, it's just the same over and over. I suggest you should do the proper side missions tht the major characters got, they are well written and tbh pretty good.

Where the fantasy is very much blade runner environment. Just watch that movie where people live in a violent world there lives may end at any time. There will be street's and area's where such things go on.

I think as and adult game it is needed for the setting and the quest's, and stories that happen there, the dark side of human nature, and the second oldest profession in the world.

I see in this game exactly what I would suspect in such a society.

When so called game p[layers jump in a thread to complain about the appearance of sex thing's in the game or skimpy clothing..

the thread is not about it being oversexualized.. the problem is that there ONLY 2 joytoys, and they're both on the same street.
why are there not more spread out across the world to make it seem more alive?
hell why is there not more activities in the game? if you're not doing the main mission or any side character missions, you just run from gig to gig, kill the people there, then run to the next. and they all take less than 3 min to do.

I know it's boring to compare it to RDR2.
But in RDR2 you could take a break from all the killing and missions and go fish, play poker, cooking, horse taming, hunting and more.

Assassins creed also got tons of killing, but it got other activities aswell.
explore places/tombs (depending on the game), do small non-combat related things like in valhalla where you can get high on mushrooms and solve puzzles, stack stones as another puzzle. Play that weird board game that is pretty fun to play and more.


in cyberpunk you run from 1 small group of enemies to another small group of enemies, just to kill them in less than 3 min. repeat that across the map.

The topic's probably dead by now, but as it turns out, there are two more joytoys, but they're only available in act 2 after passing some mission. They cost 3000$ per turn, but otherwise are no different than the two in Jig Jig Town: both play a fairly sfw sex cutscene and both are bi. No kinks, no bells or whistles.
It's a bit of a disappointment, I mean, in the better half of GTA games you could hire any hooker in the street and get a health bonus for it. In Saints Row there were no "usable" hookers, but you could still have a go at your companions. Here, outside of the four joytoys (that require unlocking by the way) the hookers in the street just make suggestive comments, but you can't interact with them in any way beyond that.
Now sure, this isn't the point of the game, but come on, if you're giving people an option like that, at least be more consistent or whatnot.

There are 4. 2 at the beginning, you unlock 2 "deluxe" joytoys during Kerry Eurodyne's quest.

In fact there is 4 joytoys, 2 in Japantown, and 2 more in the building where you meet Kerry and the 3 japanese Idols. But those 2 are very costly (3000 f*cking credit !!!) and there isn't even a nipple for the female one !
