The Devil Achievement Did Not Unlock?

After completing the Where is My Mind? Epilogue it should unlock 'the devil' achievement but sadly it glitched out for me. Am I the only one?

I didn't make any intermediate saves during that mission so I'll probably have to do it again if there's a bug with it :(

p.s did you like the ending? It kinda made me feel sad. I really liked Hanako so I decided to believe in her. I thought I got a bad end first. But then I looked at other endings and they are all bad. Dont know what to think about it really. Did you let your character die or live in the end?
