Romance Gender Preference
If you start out with a AMAB V but they have a Vagina, does that determine being able to romance River or does it HAVE to be a female body? And if so if female body with penis is that okay?

Asking because some guides say all these things matter and I wanna be sure

Your gender representation will be the factor. Judy Alvarez is lesbian, she will not be attracted to a male V no matter what his junk is set as. She will be attracted to female V no matter what her junk is.
