[BUG] Automatic Love Couldn't Pay 500 - Return To Receptionist Won't Let Me In

Just wanted to see if anyone was having this same bug on the main quest line... It prevents me from getting through the main story and is game breaking to me.

After not having the 500 euro dollars to pay the receptionist the objective says return to receptionist. I went to collect 500 euro dollars and when I returned there were many bugs. First off the waypoint was wonky and wants you to jump off the building. Next the objective is to return to the receptionist office. Lastly the door for clouds will not open and because of that you cannot get into the receptionist office.
