How to end conversations?

I'm playing on KB+mouse, and i can't find a button to say "goodbye" to NPCs, like their dialogue options keep on the screen and if i just get away from them they say i'm rude or something like that, so i imagine that there is a way to properly end these convos, anyone know how?

Just move away :-) that is what I had to do ... who cares what they say
