Can't call my car? (after prologue)

I've finished the prologue, and cannot summon my car. I don't think it's been destroyed by Delamian (i don't have the tune up mission) and can't figure out how to get my car back. I paid Viktor back so I don't have money to go score a new car

You should have a side objective to get something Jackie left behind for you at that point. You might have to call his mom first. He leaves you the keys for his bike so you can use that till your car gets fixed.

The game after the prologue takes place quite a bit after the last scene you were in. I think the idea is that your car has basically been impounded/repo'd/dismantled by the time you dig yourself out of the trash so the idea is that you have to actually buy a new car.

Also if you haven’t been to the parking garage since you finished the prologue you should have a side quest pointing you there. That’s where delamain wrecks your car

It was not impounded, though that was my first thought. It WAS that I had to go down the the garage and have it wrecked by the delmain car, and progress that quest. Which I've now done and am on my way, so, Angel Dust, if you've finished the prologue and can't call your car, you need to go to the garage to pick it up in person.

I am literally standing in the garage at exact spot, ever since i came out of the bed after prologue met Takemura didnt have the car went to the garage to get it wrecked by delamane, no car there, HELP

A few ways to get a vehicle at the start:
1) Claim your car from the garage. Then it is destroyed by delamain and you wont' get it back until you do the delamain quest.
2) Contact Jackie's mom and she will drop off the keys to his bike at your apartment door. You can drive this until the car is fixed.
3) Beat the brat - one of the fights the wager is the guy's car. Win the fight and win the car.
4) Side job where you steal the guy's car back from a gang. When he leaves town he will leave you another car.

Eventually your car is fixed and you can retrieve it but it does take a few days, don't remember how many. In the meantime, as above mentioned, you will have a mission that will reward you with Jackie's bike. I preferred riding the bike, found the cars a little frisky using keyboard controls.
