theres been instances where hostile npcs spawned in some locked away room yelling at me behind the door. I could scan the game object door and shudders. But I had no prompt about body strength/Tech ability to get in. I read that some doors can be opened by intel hacking mainframes or something. No idea what that is. I wish there were better indicators to how doors are opened...
Lol yet they still do
Part where you recover a body in a bathtub and they take her away and then you see 2 soldiers flying in the air
Actually, I'm pretty sure some of these locked doors with an "Open" prompt do not have a room behind them at all. There were two NCPD cops banging on a locked apartment door the first time you came out of V's apartment, and I noticed on the map that the space behind that door is so small there couldn't possibly be an apartment unit in there.
The only ones that you'll be able to open are the ones that require you to have a certain skill set, or access card, which will be obvious when approach them.
Aside from all the standard doors that open for everyone, of course.
Yeah I noticed on the minimap some rooms do have a layout behind the locked door, some don't. I'm only about 10% into the main story atm too.
Thats actually a great mod, thanks. It made exploring the map alot easier. Unfortunately I didnt find many secrets since behind most locked doors was nothing, just fall through the map. No secret areas either. Gives more evidence to how rushed the devs were, no easter eggs under the map ,etc.
