Cyberpsycho Bloody Ritual - Bugged?

Curious to see if anyone else has had trouble with this Cyberpsycho quest: I keep walking around in circles trying to find every clue (and I'm pretty sure I have everything) and nothing seems to be happening. Not sure if it's bugged out or if I'm missing something here.

Anyone else have the same issue?

Same here.
For me there was a body with yellow lens icon i could carry but after one reload it's gone. Visited site couple of times - nothing changes. No idea what to do.

yeah I just wanted to do this gig but after scanning everything (checked multiple videos) the boss just doesn't spawn for me.

After scouring the bowels of reddit I can see this isn't unique to us. I think this quest can get bugged for some reason. Hopefully they're aware of this and will release a patch at some point to fix it. But it doesn't seem to get bugged for most people so who knows how long it'll take.

I killed the boss but the part that tells me to crack the ritualist's shard isnt working. I can't complete it or don't know how

same, it took me a couple days cuz i'm playing on hard. but after killing the boss I wasn't able to do anything after. The quest says "Message Regina about cyberpsycho sighting: Bloody Ritual" but when I peruse my phone to try and message her, I cannot.

I have *no idea* if this actually did anything, but the quest proceeded for me when I overloaded a nearby generator. Never was able to scan the body either.

What if the boss doesn't spawn? I scanned all the bodies, even the one behind the crate but the boss isn't spawning :(

I had trouble for a bit, but got her to spawn. Scanned everyone, but one scannable corpse stayed yellow. Saved, loaded, and the corpse was no longer yellow and then she spawned about 15 seconds later after I ran around for a bit (and maybe I got zapped in the center).

Just don't go to far away from her in the fight because she'll bug her health back up to 100%.

Yeah i missed a body to scan behind a car and it started for me.

Yeah in total i canned 6 bodies and the freezer, but still nothing triggers.

Same, scanned all bodies, no boss fight. Quest is broke.
