i unlocked the big sleep daemon, but how do i use it?

i unlocked the big sleep daemon, but how do i use it? I cant find it for purchase and i dont see where i can craft it...

daemons are automatically available
do a breach protocol
it should be one of the listed combos

daemons are not showing up for me when doing breach protocol, only the default one (ICE) does :/ no idea how to fix this and cant find anything on it
