Audio cracking usb headset
hi does anyone have an idea how to fix the audio cracking with USB headsets? Unfortunately, I cannot change the Hz frequency on my headset. neither in the Windows settings nor in the headset program

Just gotta wait till CDPR do a patch fix my dude. Im in the same boat waiting, also waiting for a walk option for KB/M controls. Not to derail from you're question too, but while we're talking about audio, is the audio out of sync for you? especially on the TV shows.

Ok I thought it was my headset. Glad to know it's not just me.

the sound is sometimes felt to be slower and you can hear scratching sound bugs

I've had to just completely stop using the usb headset due to this. I think it even has a weird fps effect to it that messes heavily with the game.

if you have the sennheiser GSP 670 you should uninstall the EPOS Gaming Stuite. The driver programm makes the sound problems. this helps me

I'm having the same issue but in pulses....I'll go around and it'll be fine for hours then REALLY bad audio for some couple of minutes (or hours) only for it to stop just as sudden and be normal again too. I'm using an audiobooster between my OS and the game and at first I thought this was causing the issue (much like how I tried plugging out and in again) and it DID solve the problem...but that might just be coïncedental because some 30 minutes later the garble was back.

This happens with my AG9 USB dongle headset. Using regular Bluetooth headset it doesn't happen at all.

I am using the gsp 600 from sennheizer and connected to a soundblaster x g6 dac. Using the sounblaster connect 2 app wich then connected to voicemeeter app. I set it up for a 7.1 in soundblaster app and configured it in the accoustic engine not in scout mode. In the scout mode I have this faint crackle wich is very subtle ingame. In accoustic engine however i do not and use 100% for the surroound sound setup.

So in short I have no 'crackles' as of yet wich you might think of that I might have using so much engines for the headphone lol. Try to use my 'buttkicker' (wich is the voicemeeter software is being used for because of the usb connection to connect into the main soundsystem for the buttkicker bass as A1 then the G6 as A2) for the cars in the game and it works :)

If for any reason I find the crackle anyhow and try to resolve it I post back in for solution.
Wich I will try to use native sound not through all the other software.
