Using resolution scaling to help with low fps
So loads will know this already but from reading threads I suspect some don't. One of the options available to non-RTX cards is to use resolution scaling with DynamicFidelityFX CAS. A little tweak here, and a little sacrifice in image quality at 1440p can turn my game from a 30 fps chugfest into something more bearable 20 or 30 fps higher.

For an example of how to get 60fps at 1440p with ultra settings using a gtx1080sc.

Go to Settings
Turn DynamicFidelityFX Cas 'On'.
Set Target Frames per Second to '60'.
Set Minimum Resolution to '70'
Set Maximum Resolution to '90'.

Using same GPU, Minimum Resolution to '80', Maximum Resolution to '100', and target fps to '50' gives you a fairly steady 50 fps.

Worth tinkering with if the poor performance with a non-RTX card is getting thin. For RTX cards, DLSS would be the way to go.

R/DekkuRen has made a google sheet with some other helpful tips on what to turn up/down and on/off to try and find some more fps.
