Game launching in a small window not full screen

so i was playing just fine last night, launch game up today and it launches in a small window and wont full screen, anyone else having this issue? Alt enter dosent fix either

Check your resolution in video settings. I had the same issue and when I checked it was set to 1200x800 for some reason.

I have the same issue. but when i change the resolution the game just stretches past the window and i cant see half the screen anymore...

Since the start im playing on a small window too , Alt-enter dont work neither. But after 60 hours im ok with it. Ionly change my desktop to black, and move my icon in the middle.

I have the same problem. I don't know the cause, but I know a fix. The cause may be related to my recently installing Vortex and a number of mods through Vortex. The solution:
1) use Window settings, Display to drop the resolution to something very low, as mentioned above, such as 12** x 800.
2) go into the game, to the video settings, which for some reason were changed to a very low resolution. I could increase it back up to what is normal for me, i.e. 25** x 16**. Save, exit.
3) go back to Windows Settings, Display, to change the resolution back to "normal"
4) play the game

once the game is booted up, you can also try alt+enter combination, this usually switch from windowed to full screen
