Clean Remove your Drivers in Safe Mode with DDU then Reinstall for Better Performance

Seriously every online publication tells you to clean remove in safe mode with DDU to remove old driver fragments every time you install new drivers but this actually worked for me.

Display Driver Uninstaller - its made by Guru3d you do it in Safe Mode it cleans everything out removes all the old driver fragments then reboot and reinstall the new driver. I went from 45fps to 100fps on a 2060 non super 2600x just doing that.
