Heist Mission - Evelyn Parker prompt not showing up

Is there anybody that knows how to help with this bug? It kind of sucks that there's a whole world in this game that i cant see because the game refuses to let me progress this mission. I cannot for the life of me figure out why in the heist mission my v cannot call evelyn parker after prompted to do so. If anybody has any ideas or went through a similar thing, please let me know and maybe we can fix this thing.

Edit: i have tried reloading my saves, validating my files, etc. nothing seems to be working at this point. Not sure whether i should rule this out as a bug im going to have to wait for cdpr to fix or something thats wrong on my end. I'm not one to even complain about bugs because all the graphical stuff are minor to me, but i at least expect the game is gonna let me finish a mission, come on

You can call Parker by using your journal and clicking her portrait in the entry there. But if you already called her once it just rings and she doesn't pick up.

My V hangs up at the start of the call. Contacted support a while ago, got no solution yet. So I'm softlocked.

Ok after starting a new game it seems to work. Kinda sucks but hopefully they fix it in a future patch

Are you restarting with the new patch or trying to load the old save and hoping the broken trigger will be somehow fixed? If the latter, I'd be surprised if it did work. I've just run through this on a new save with 1.1 and not had an issue so it's not universally broken if you are on a new save.
