Shame really, many people will download a illegal copy or even refund the game and keep their copy and not suffer any side effects in gameplay like many DRM games have.

But by the looks of it, the game is selling pretty well over 8 million pre-orders and counting.

Well they won't be getting any updates, which might be quite a problem with this game considering the state it's in now. Though someone will eventually upload the updated versions as well.
