i have seen leather bra outfits in the shops but i am not high enough level to use them yet

There's a few I've encountered so far but I haven't been visiting clothes shops. Gotten a few lingerie tops, few short skirts, a couple just plain weird piece of clothing. I believe for the most part anything you see on NPCs have parallels in the player wardrobe.

yes I found shorts, but thats all I found, instead I found a baddass coat for my badass male so Im good and return from horny jail until second playthrough
