60 fps all time , but texture load slow

SSD or HDD for where the game is installed?

I have almost the same pc configuration. Only the game is installed on ssd m.2 nvme, and there are no such texture loadings.

on hdd , 16 gb ram 3200 mhz , i had no problem in other games , only this

thats an ssd/hdd problem most likely
i installed metro exodus on the same system on different drives back in the day and thats exactly what caused the same problem

You're running DLSS on quality. And using an HDD. You are going to load slower and youre telling the game to enforce better graphics, which means more loading.

Either get an SSD or turn down your settings to match your rig.

i got a ssd already the issue tuned down sometime still loads slow, ive already finished the game , i got an ssd when im 90 hours in, so doesnt matter already

dlss on quality doesnt affect your texture , it affects your resolutions , ive no fps draw back while running it with hdd is just the texture loads slowly like last gen console does , now i got a ssd already , the problem is still there but tune into very little appearance like only 1 time after i change to ssd
