Cyberpunk is not even close to this optimalisation, even on lowest specs, where characters looks like from 2005 pc game...
yea but RDR2 graphics engine is not the same as cyberpunk 2077 , and you compare a game that released 2 years ago....
RDR2 50-60fps
Far Cry 5 50-60fps
GTA V 50-60fps
Cyberpunk 20fps xDD
Actually, right now, this is only one game that I can't run with 50+ fps.
Take a note that usage of CPU was 99-100%, and usage of GPU was like 4-5%.
It's not a problem with a PC, it's just this game is not optimised.
