open start, type %appdata%, you will be in AppData\Roaming, go up 1 folder and go into local, then into CD Projekt Red and then Cyberpunk2077

You can save some steps by going directly to %LOCALAPPDATA% instead of %APPDATA%.

Ini file in appdata only safes your bindes and and rewrite after launching game)

for future reference you to get to the appdata folder (not roaming) you can just type "appdata" into run
