how do you take off an article of clothing?

Mouse wheel does not remove the hat i put on i cant get the hat off her head .. how ? cant drag it either

My scrolling wheel is working but I the "press function" isn't . So I can't take off equipment am I correct?

that does not work, it says ACTION IS BLOCKED when trying to remove article of clothing.Seems strange to block this considering character creation was 100% birthday suit.

press the mouse ball very tightly and wait a little while it will unequip I believe it is a bug in the button response time in game

The mouse ball of mine is broken and I can't find where in the rebind key menu to rebind it...I rebind the car camera, tagging but can't find unequip clothing

I'm finding this to be the most challenging part of the beginning part of this game.

Right now I can only take clothes or equip clothes from the closet.
I can remove them if I transfer them all to stash

and then after that I unable to try on any cloth I previously had, nor can I simply take off what I put on without having to go into the storage room and transfer.

Something feels broken here.

NVM, I figured it out, you have to press the "I" key.

Me too. I couldn't find another key to unequip the clothing besides mouse scroll wheel button :(

There are some missions that also restrict you from changing gear while it's active. Some cut scenes too, I think.
