Cant change camera view in car.

Am i the only one who can no longer change camera view in vehicle?

It changes view for me, but only after like a 2 or 3 second delay after which the entire world glitches out for a second. You're not missing much.

I had to restart the game and the camera's were working again. Just thought I would share.

Seems to work fine on controller. I do notice some context buttons not working as they should though. Like if you are looking at a radio and press a button to change the station you will also do whatever else that button is assigned to as well.

That's not it. I've had it happen before and after you get the key, and restart fixes it. I've also had it happen with other interactions including opening a text you just got, opening the radio menu in the car, etc. It does appear to just be a bug where the game loses track of what's going on; I've encountered what I suspect is a related one where i got two phone calls as I approached a quest objective that turned off the phone; your character says you've gotta call them back and as soon as you get to an area you can use phone again, both call at once and it played both conversations over top of each other (thankfully subtitles for both also displayed, so while challenging, I could still follow it.)

If you start driving sometimes it will kick in and switch to the external camera - like after a delay though, so don't keep pushing it, start driving for a few seconds then press the button again.

Ok, so this is beyond frustrating... WTF with the camera when looking back while driving a vehicle?? I like to quickly take a look behind, while in the 3rd person view, but the camera either goes super slowly back to the proper position, or it just flashes to a back view in 0.005 sec?
I tried to change the settings but this whole thing acts like 5 generations of incest.
It was already bad before, but now it's a disaster. The way it should work is like in GTA V.
Does anyone understand my random rant?

If you wanna look behind you...just press Left Shift (I at least don't think I've changed the binds for this =)
