Download is stuck at 58,3GB since 5 hours

its the pre-load update process that is borked. I deleted everything - all the pre-load cache and re-installed and was able to reinstall the game faster than my preload tried to update... Game is flying for me. Everything on Ultra at 1440p

same problem, I see people are saying to disable DLC in properties but I dont have DLC tab, so I have deleted the game and am re downloading it

Go to your downloads page, pause the download for like 30 seconds and start it again.

Mine shot up to 100MB/s after that and got the remaining 3GB in 10 seconds.

close steam open/ log out and log in agian and disable the DLC download that fixed it for me

that why you never preload on steam it never works.
Restart steam
go to DLC tab
uncheck the DLC

if you for some reason cant do that restart pc and try again or delete everything and redownload.

if you hit 57.3 somewhere there. The download is done and the unpacking part start which can be slow on low mid end computer. on a 3700x took 15 minutes approximately.

The servers are being overloaded by all the downloads.

it is not the download may man the steam act like it unpacking 200 GB file lol
