Quest got stuck ''The Ripperdoc'' (Minor Spoilers)

For some reason after I apply the implants and get up from the chair quest tells me to speak to Victor. But there are no dialogue options rather than to pay my debt and quest does not progress. Also when I left the shop Jackie got up from his chair and started to walk back and forth and got stuck. Anyone else experienced this? I can't progress.

Happened to me. I had to reload.

U can leave the room dude, and get the money with another quest, rlx

Yeah seems like the only fix is reloading back to an old save still thanks for the heads up.

I'm not talking about that paying debt quest. I meant the main mission.

Yea, I'm stuck on that too. I tried going around doing bounties until I could pay off my debt, but now the only options for talking are asking him about his wares and making small talk.

reload back to an old save it should fix the problem
