Whoa! Cyberpunk 2077 has flatlined

Anyone successful at fixing this error?

I got the flatline error too, I could start the game, but it would crash 1 second after I tried to load my save. I tried the "verify files" fix that seemed to work for most people. I did that twice and it said the files were good both times, no need to fix. Frustrated, I reinstalled the entire game overnight, got the flatline AGAIN in the morning, tried again to verify my files, which didn't do anything for the third time.

What eventually worked for me is making a new character. I just played halfway through the opening bit, saved, and THEN tried to load my old save from there. I managed to get in without crashing, and now it appears I can play the game normally. I'll update if I run into any more issues.

this worked for me . so I'm summarizing:

I have Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU G3920 @ 2.90GHz + 12 GiB Ram + 1050 GTX Nvidia + Fedora Linux + Proton 5.21-GE-1 .

removed wine prefix (game's registry and windows setup).

CP2077 installation is original + 554881ECA00000000F2970E8 edit “55” to “C3”. been able to start game and exit starting zone.

but loading game from save - leads to hang, like usual. possibly, loading implies some same effect “55” did.

Just had to update the geforce drivers in the geforce experience and suddenly it is letting me into the game after constant crashes. I have an old 4690k cpu and new 2070 super graphics card.

I've posted this elsewhere, but what worked for me was combination of verifying the files (got major file corruption there, had to re-download half of the game), AND disabling Nvidia Experience in game overlay, which I honestly did not even realize I had running.

The game was running like a charm since, but... Now I've got the missing Jackie on the Pickup quest bug, so I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥ too. The bastard just does not appear. Quick-travelling in and out does not help, doing other tasks in the meanwhile does not help, it does not matter if I talk to Meredith first or not: his bike is there, but he isn't, and the quest won't progress until you've both enter the elevator.

I guess I'm going to have to be rolling back quite a LOT of gameplay time to avoid the issue. Seems like the problem is visiting Jackie near the Food Gate before heading inside straight up. Which is something I did like two levels ago...

the strangest thing is: now normal not edited 1.04 exiting starting area normally too, and have same save loading hang. maybe some fedora updates changed something since my yesterday's attempts to start and play new game..
