language and settings

trying to change language gives me only English as available. why?
once I have changed some settings if I go out and return it does not save them. what should I do?

I've just found a solution for PC. You need to run your game as an administrator. Run this file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\Cyberpunk2077.exe" as an administrator. Then change your settings. Exit the game. Run your game normally again and your settings will be okay.

EDIT: The solution above works, but you need to manually run the game as an administrator everytime. Better solution is to clickk on the "Cyberpunk2077.exe" with your right-mouse > "Properties" > "Compatibility" > "Run this program as an administrator". After you do this, the game will run under admin everytime you launch it (even through steam).

the method with rename the file above doesn't require admin priv. which is seems for me better than give admin for the game
