Unbindable Arrow keys

So the game has launched, I'm weird apparently and use a layout from the 90's. Has anyone had any luck binding the arrow keys to movement, or do i have to make a autohotkey script to make this work.

You are a god and I thank you. It seemed to work and show up as the arrow forward and back in my in game keybinds now I did that. Now to see if it actually works in game!

Search for inputUserMappings.xml in the Cyberpunk folder under steamapps and you can find all the inputs there. A lot of the inputs in this file do not show up in Keybind Settings.

GUYS! Follow the instructions in this thread. I can confirm it works! I tested what the guy I replied to suggested and indeed I can now use the forward and back arrow keys, and it even shows up in the keybind menu weirdly.

If have managed to reassign the up/down/left/right.
Does anyone know what the IK_ is for the insert/zero key on the keypard.

This is really bad - almost unplayable.

What's worse, is that autohotkey reassignments don't seem to work either, I normally use autohotkey, I wonder how they managed to disable that?? And Why??

This is my biggest annoyance too. In the file it kind of looks like there is no single "interact", but a whole bunch of them for different contexts.
